Download & Extract SACI Decisions
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I want a complete offline archive of every decision published under the SACI-ADM procedure on https://registro.br/dominio/saci-adm/. Each ruling must be downloaded in its original PDF form and saved in a directory structure that flows chronologically so it is easy for me to browse by date.
Beyond simply downloading the files, I also need the key details from each decision captured in a spreadsheet or database: the parties involved, the final outcome, and any legal citations that appear in the document. If a case number or publication date is missing from the page but present inside the PDF, please rely on the information inside the document.
The outcome is summarized on the page in the column "Decisões"
Feel free to automate the collection with Python, Selenium, BeautifulSoup, or any other reliable scraping stack. Some PDFs are image-based, so OCR (Tesseract or similar) may be necessary to extract the citations accurately.
Deliverables
• Zipped folder containing every PDF, sorted by YYYY-MM-DD sub-folders
• A single spreadsheet with one row per decision and columns for date, case number, domain, parties, outcome, and legal citations
