Ceros Website Download and Free Hosting Setup
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I've built a website on Ceros and now I need help downloading it and setting it up on a free hosting service like GitHub Pages or Netlify.
Key Tasks:
- Download the website from Ceros
- Set up a free hosting account on GitHub Pages or Netlify (I don't have accounts on either)
- Upload the website to the new hosting service
- Ensure the website is fully functional on the new host
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in web development and hosting
- Experience with Ceros platform
- Knowledge of GitHub Pages and Netlify
- Ability to guide and assist in account creation
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any hosting issues
Here’s what I need:
Download the full website, including all media (GIFs, videos, etc.), in a way that it can be hosted elsewhere and still function correctly.
Ideally, the final version should be hosted on a platform like GitHub Pages or Netlify for easy sharing via a link, without requiring viewers to create an account or sign in.
The freelancer should be familiar with web scraping tools and techniques that handle dynamic content and media-heavy sites.
Key Details:
The website contains GIFs, videos, and interactive elements.
Currently, Ceros requires users to create an account to view the site via a shared link, which I need to avoid.
I can make you a viewer on Ceros, allowing you to access the site, but I need you to download everything and make it accessible through a public URL.
Requirements:
Experience with web scraping or website mirroring (e.g., using HTTrack, Cyotek, Selenium, Puppeteer, or similar tools).
Ability to work around dynamic content (JavaScript-heavy sites, videos hosted on external platforms, etc.).
Clear communication throughout the process, with updates on progress.
Delivery of the final project within 7-10 days (flexible if there’s more complexity).
