Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m looking for an experienced SDET who can put me through a series of tough, realistic mock interviews that mirror what senior-level QA Automation roles demand today. The conversations must centre on Java and Selenium, and drill deeply into framework design as it relates to real-world QA challenges.

During our sessions I want you to press me on:
• Complex user workflows that stretch a typical web application end-to-end
• Data-driven and keyword-driven testing techniques and their practical implementation
• Practical trade-offs and design decisions when stitching TestNG, Jenkins, Cucumber, Playwright or Python utilities into a Java-centric stack

Individual mentor currently working in a real‑time projects

Minimum 6+ years of hands‑on QA Automation experience.

Strong experience designing and implementing automation frameworks in:
Java (must)
Selenium WebDriver
BDD with Cucumber (must)
REST API testing (Postman / RestAssured)
CI/CD (Jenkins / GitHub Actions)
Playwright (nice to have)
Cloud exposure (AWS or Azure nice to have)
Python

Conduct mock interviews (technical + scenario‑based) for Senior QA Automation / SDET roles.

Cover framework design, Java + Selenium + Cucumber, API testing, CI/CD, and real‑world QA scenarios.

Provide honest, structured feedback and improvement plan after each session.
Deliverables
1. A bank of interview questions and coding prompts you will use.
2. Live mock interview sessions (voice or video) where you score me in real time.
3. A written, structured feedback report after each round highlighting strengths, gaps, and concrete next steps.

If this resonates with your mentoring style and you can challenge me at a senior level, let’s schedule the first session.
