Automated password resetter with IMAP email support (Phython)

I'm looking for the following automation.

The program should go in to the following

https://secure.runescape.com/m=accountappeal/passwordrecovery

The program should be taking the information from the account.txt file.
(The format will be jason(@)hotmail.com:gonzaler987:jason987)
The program should take the first : (jason(@)hotmail.com)
and enter it on the website.

After that an email should popup in usualy 5-15 seconds.

a password reset link will be in the email. Along with the name of the account

The program should recoginize the name in the email (jason987 in this example)

after clicking the reset link
The program should be doing a password of random letters.

jason(@)hotmail.com:kzekkerkre:jason987

and then put that details in a file/create ready.txt

There should be a rotating proxy support
