Automated Cross-Platform Testing Suite

My team recently rebuilt our Unisub customer and merchant apps in React Native and I want a fully automated, black-box test suite that runs across Web, iOS and Android. The priority is to catch any visual or behavioral regressions after every release and to understand how the system behaves under heavy load.

Scope of work
I need reliable automation that covers UI changes, UX-flow integrity and server-side performance. You are free to choose the stack—popular options such as Selenium + Appium for functional flows and JMeter, k6 or Locust for load tests are welcome—but explain your reasoning and keep the solution maintainable by our in-house developers after hand-over.

Deliverables
1. End-to-end functional scripts that launch on Web, iOS and Android from a single command or CI trigger.
2. Visual regression setup (baseline screenshots and diff reporting).
3. Load-test scenario hitting key APIs with clear pass/fail thresholds and an HTML or Grafana report.
4. README plus short hand-off session so my developers can extend the suite.

Acceptance criteria
• A sample pull request triggers all tests automatically and the reports appear in CI.
• A minor UI tweak is detected by the visual regression step.
• Load test demonstrates concurrent users without error up to an agreed threshold; failures are highlighted with actionable metrics.
