Automate WhatsApp Promotional Outreach

I run a daily WhatsApp campaign and need an automated workflow that delivers my pre-written promotional messages to about 40 fresh numbers every day, then watches the chat so quick follow-ups can be handled automatically or flagged for me.

Core needs
• AI Pull a new batch of contacts each day from a google search.
• Send the first promotional message (I already have the copy) through the WhatsApp Business API or a reliable web-automation method.
• Detect incoming replies and either trigger one of my saved responses or surface the chat to me in real time.
• Generate a simple activity log showing number messaged, time sent, and reply status.

Tech stack is up to you—Python + Selenium, Node with puppeteer-whatsapp, official Business API, or another dependable approach—as long as it stays stable, respects WhatsApp’s sending limits, and keeps my account safe.

Deliverables
1. Script or small app with clear setup instructions.
2. Configuration file where I can drop the daily contact list and choose which promotional template to send.
3. Read-me or video walkthrough that lets me redeploy or tweak the system without touching the code.

I’ll test by running one full day (40 contacts) and verifying that messages went out, replies were captured, and the log exported correctly.
