Job Description:
I am looking for a freelancer to develop a script that scrapes product information from Amazon's product pages using ASINs (Amazon Standard Identification Numbers). The script should be capable of extracting key information from the page layout based on specified elements seen in screenshots.
Scope of Work:
Input:
The script should accept a CSV file containing a list of ASINs.
Output:
The script should return a structured output in CSV format with the following extracted data for each product:
Buybox Winner Seller Name:
The name of the seller who holds the Buy Box. This can be extracted from the product page under the "Sold by" section or the seller's name in the "Buy Box" area.
Product Price:
The price of the product as seen in the "Price" box (e.g., "EGP 2,550.00").
If there are multiple prices or discount information, all relevant price data should be extracted.
Other Seller Information and Prices:
If there are other sellers listed on the product page, extract the price and the seller name for these alternative sellers.
This could include any discounts or alternative offers on the same page.
Product Rating:
The average rating of the product (e.g., "4.6 stars").
Extract the number of ratings or reviews associated with the product (e.g., "66,453 ratings").
Key Elements to Be Extracted from Screenshots:
Price Box: The price and possible discount or multiple price listings.
Buy Box: The seller’s name who is the primary seller in the Buy Box.
Other Seller Section: Information about alternative sellers and their prices.
Rating Section: Extract the rating and the number of reviews (e.g., "4.6 stars with 66,453 reviews").
Technical Requirements:
Programming Languages: Python or Node.js.
Libraries/Tools: Selenium, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, or other suitable web scraping tools.
Headless Browsing: The script should be capable of working with headless browsers to handle JavaScript-rendered pages.
