Need selenium browser automation expert

We have ticketing system and need selenium web driver code verification to verify and take action on tickets during mentioned time,
Actions could be accepting tickets, sending back to source team to decrease priority, keeping in progress and invoking robot calling APIs( these API's will be provided by us), solution must be configurable through admin console to change support engineer login based on service tickets, schedule changes...etc
