TOR Onion Conversation (Laravel)

I have a Laravel website application.
I would like to deploy on TOR. (deploying static website is very simple, I can do it following instructions)
I want a convesation talking over topics about TOR Onion website:
-can it handle simple javascript? no ajax convienent?
-could it be possible to communicate with members? email, telegram?
-want to deploy an API / HTML application, is Telegram a good alternative?
-need to have this kind of conversation with some one knowledgable.
