Security SOP & Guard Training
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a seasoned security professional who can translate my on-ground experience into a clear set of documents and guidelines for two site categories I currently manage—industrial facilities and gated residential communities.
Here is what I expect:
• A site-specific Standard Operating Procedure manual that covers manpower deployment, risk assessment, access control and visitor management, written so that even new supervisors can implement it without hand-holding.
• Duty charts and post instructions that map every hour and every checkpoint to the right guard, including contingency swaps.
• A concise guard-training programme (slides, hand-outs and a short assessment) that I can deliver on-site or virtually.
• A light supervision framework—daily, weekly and monthly check sheets plus an escalation flow—so compliance can be tracked without extra paperwork.
Word, Excel and PowerPoint are fine for the core files, but I am open to better formats if they speed up revisions. Practicality, accuracy and cost-effectiveness matter more than flashy graphics; the end result must be something the guards and junior supervisors will actually use on shift.
If you have produced similar security documentation before, share a sample page or two so I can gauge style and clarity. Once we agree on the outline, I would like the first draft within a week, a round of revisions, and a final sign-off package that I can roll out immediately on both sites.
