I need an experienced, credentialed IT auditor to examine my fully on-premises environment and produce a signed audit report that will satisfy the documentation standards.
Scope of the review

Deliverables
1. A formal IT Audit Report, signed and dated, bearing your auditor credentials.
2. Executive summary highlighting overall risk posture and priority issues.
3. Detailed findings with evidence, severity ratings and practical remediation steps.
Acceptance criteria
• Report must be delivered in PDF and editable Word formats.
• Any recommendation must include the specific control or guideline it addresses.
Timeline is flexible within reason, but I would like a draft outline of your approach within the first week so I can confirm it aligns with internal stakeholders.
