Email Infrastructure Security Audit

Job ID: 40470283

Budget: $2 – $8 USD

I need a seasoned security specialist to put my entire email stack under the microscope. The first milestone is a full-scale email infrastructure security test: enumerate every open port, probe each mail-related service, and confirm that no misconfiguration or outdated component could be abused. Once that foundation is proven solid, we will pivot to SMTP server tuning and deliverability enhancements, followed by a light penetration test to validate the fixes.

Your report should cover exploitation paths you attempted, evidence of any vulnerabilities, and clear, actionable remediation steps. Please outline in your proposal the methodology you intend to follow, the toolset you prefer (e.g., nmap, Nessus, Metasploit, OpenSSL, Postfix/Exim diagnostics, or similar), and the format of the findings you will deliver.

I am specifically looking for a detailed project proposal that breaks the work into logical phases, timelines, and expected outputs. If you have handled similar audits before, mention how you improved security posture and boosted deliverability.

I will review proposals that demonstrate a practical plan, realistic test scope, and a clear set of deliverables backed by solid experience.
