I’m looking for a reliable partner who can take full ownership of my existing infrastructure. The work centres on two areas—our network and our on-prem/virtual servers—and I need ongoing support rather than a one-off fix.
Network scope
• Continuous monitoring with clear reporting dashboards
• Routine maintenance that prevents downtime and resolves issues before users notice
• Strict security management to keep threats out and ensure compliance
• Performance optimisation so traffic flows smoothly even during peak loads
Server scope
• Proactive monitoring and regular health checks
• Security hardening, patching, and incident response
You’ll have access to my current topology diagrams, device inventories, and server images, and I’m open to the tools you prefer—Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, Prometheus, Ansible, or similar—so long as you can show past success with them. Please outline the methods you use for alerting, change control, and documenting fixes, plus an estimated response time for critical events.
