Licensed Security Installer Needed for Full Home Security Upgrade and Formal Quote
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 AUD
I am seeking a licensed security installer or qualified security company to complete a full home security upgrade on my two storey brick townhouse in Mitchelton. This is for installation, not assessment only. All materials must be supplied and installed by you.
This is a DV affected household with two vulnerable children and myself, so I require a professional who delivers high quality, tamper resistant security work with discretion and reliability.
I also require a fully evaluated, itemised and formally prepared written quote suitable for submission as supporting evidence for financial assistance applications. The quote must include all materials, all labour, installation details, total cost and your ABN and licence information.
Work Required
1. External Doors and Security Screens
• Supply and install heavy duty front and rear external doors
• Install high grade security screen doors on both entrances
• Installations must be durable, compliant and tamper resistant
2. Dual Security Window Screening
For all accessible windows on both storeys (front and rear):
• Security screen fitted to the fixed glass panel
• Main external security screen installed
• All screens must be lockable and forced entry resistant
3. CCTV System Installation — Internal and External
External cameras:
• Front, rear and side of townhouse
• Night vision, motion detection and tamper resistant mounting required
Internal cameras:
• Installed in every room except the bathroom
• Includes internal hallway and staircase area
• Cameras must be mounted where they cannot be reached or removed
• Must support reliable recording and live monitoring
4. Security Lighting Installation
• Motion activated lighting at the front, rear and side of the property
• Must meet Queensland electrical standards
• Positioned for maximum visibility and safety
Installer Requirements
• Current ABN and relevant trade licence
• Experience with full residential security installations
• Ability to supply all materials and hardware
• Formally prepared, itemised written quote suitable for evidence submission
• High standard of professionalism and workmanship
• Sensitivity to a DV affected environment
