Industrial Security System Blueprint
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Our three-storey industrial building needs a concise yet clear security concept that covers access control, intrusion alarms, and CCTV. I only require a basic layout showing where key components should sit on each floor; detailed wiring, software configuration, and commissioning will come later.
Access Control
• The design must revolve around a biometric system at every controlled door or turnstile.
• Show controller locations, reader placement, and pathways for power/data back to the nearest equipment room.
Alarm System
• Indicate the ideal spots for motion detectors, door contacts, and sirens so full perimeter coverage and high-risk zones (e.g., storage, loading bays) are addressed.
CCTV
• Provide camera positions, recommended lens types (fixed, varifocal, PTZ where needed), and recorder/NVR placement, ensuring overlapping fields of view for all main corridors, entrances, and exterior perimeters.
Deliverables
1. Floor-by-floor PDFs and CAD (DWG/DXF) with devices clearly labeled.
2. Bill of recommended hardware (manufacturer-agnostic is fine) listing model examples, power/network needs, and quantity.
3. One-page design rationale summarising coverage logic and any assumptions made.
Acceptance Criteria
• Every door and exterior approach is shown with a biometric reader and camera coverage.
• Alarm sensors cover all exterior openings and blind spots, gall break sensors on every window..
• Drawings are tidy, scaled, and easy for my electrician to interpret for the next design phase.
If you have questions about the building layout files I’ll supply, let me know; I want this initial blueprint ready to hand off to the electrical contractor without revisions.
