CCTV specialist required

I have a home CCTV system that includes NVR, a POE camera and a WI-fi camera. Lately, my home has been broken in and cameras' footage showed no intruder which means the original one has possibly been altered. I need an IT professional or any technician who has relevant experience to examine the issue and build a reliable system.
