The automatic translation service of GPT-4 chat is at the core of this project.
We are a real estate agency based in Rome, Italy. We are looking for a remote secretary who will only use WhatsApp, our primary communication channel with our clients.
We are interested in two fundamental functions. The first one is to provide information about the apartments that we advertise; this information can be obtained from the same advertisements that we publish, which in theory should be more than enough for our clients to obtain all the information, but in practice, clients still call us to obtain information that has already been published. In such cases, we refer them to a WhatsApp chat in which the same already published information will be provided, along with a series of generic information contained in a standard document that we will provide to our new secretary so that she can answer typical questions. All of this will happen via WhatsApp.
Another function we are interested in is scheduling appointments at the days and times we will declare as permitted to view that specific house, by asking our clients a few preliminary questions. All of this must take place via WhatsApp; communication via email or voice is expressly prohibited. We only want contacts via WhatsApp.
The appointments that are made must be recorded in our Google Calendar and updated in real time based on the WhatsApp communications that the secretary will receive.
A secretary living in any part of the world is fine, but she must be able to overlap her eight work hours with Italian hours, let's say in a window between eight in the morning in Italy and eight in the evening in Italy. Within these twelve hours, it doesn't matter when she starts and finishes, we can adapt to her time zone, but it is clear that the service must be provided during Italian working hours.
The secretary must obligatorily use the translation services offered by GPT-4 chat, as it is the most reliable and able to translate into an absolutely natural language, perceived by an Italian as mother tongue. The source language can be any, but the final language must be Italian.
All work must be carried out in Italian and we expect to be able to communicate with the new secretary in Italian, of course via WhatsApp chat. It doesn't matter if this is after a translation into Italian made by GPT-4 chat from her mother tongue, but she will need to communicate with us in Italian.
In the past, we have already had similar experiences with people working in India and speaking English, and the method worked excellently. Within our agency, we speak English, albeit not perfectly, and this can aid understanding, but we aim to interact with the new secretary in Italian.
We are interested in a continuous, hourly paid relationship. It's important that there is continuity and loyalty to maximize the value of the experience.
