Personal Assistant (PA) to work with CEO
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
Personal Assistant (PA) will work with the CEO to provide one-to-one support.
You will support him by offering administrative help such as monitoring emails, drafting communications on his behalf, planning, organising and attending meetings and his travel.
You will need to have an understanding of the company and know who the key personnel are. You will also need to highly presentable as you will be acting as a brand ambassador for the business / brand. For this same reason, it is important a PA has great interpersonal skills, is well-presented and professional
Ultimately, the duties of the Personal Assistant can be extremely broad and vary on a day-to-day basis. It will include:
• Monitoring and reporting Directors email’s and responding if required
• Preparing communications on behalf of the Director
• Organising travel and itineraries
• Organising, co-hosting and planning meetings, events and wider marketing activities
• Taking notes during meetings, preparing meeting agendas and attending both virtual and in-person meetings (tbc)
• Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
• Various ad hoc requests
