Assistant to contact organisations on my behalf until we get attention

I am in need of assistance in contacting police, military, and human rights organisations internationally about prolonged torture and abuse I am facing. I have a website, www.betterthancure.co.uk, where I uploaded reports on what has been happening. I created the website in November 2022, before which I had been uploading to dropbox for people to read the reports there.
I am facing very serious physical and psychological abuse. The physical abuse takes the form of sleep deprivation. I am in terrible, terrible pain. It's not only sleep deprivation but the fact that people wouldn't care enough about the type of people who would do such a thing to rush to my aid to help me put and end to such people being able to do such a thing. It has made me feel devalued and worthless.
It's a funny thing, I have three degrees and no criminal record, and I'm the first person who would come to someone's aid if they were in trouble, I have a heart of gold, if you will. However the minute people started attacking me I found it's not the same when it's happening to you, people really didn't care what was happening to me despite that I was very clear in explaining it. I have been abused in this manner for eight years and have written such clear reports on it, I have been made to feel I am less than human, no one even cares, I don't know why this could happen to me in this way when it could never happen to anyone else around me because as I say I'd be the first person to rush to anyone's aid. It has made me sick with grief.
Beyond the local police ignoring me I need to reach out to other organisations. I need someone who can direct police and military and human rights organisations to my website, and ask them to demand an explanation from local police and the organisations I contacted before for how they could possibly leave a fellow human being in this predicament, especially someone who has had no trouble explaining the situation. We need to systematically go through forces and organisations until we reach human beings with a heart that can understand I am being subject to terrible abuse and will rush to intervene and make sure I don't continue to be harmed in this way. I could die, I'm not exaggerating, my website explains it all.
The years I have explained and sat on my own and wondered how it is no one cares, when all I ever read in the paper is about how people go to prison for this or that crime every day, but when it comes to me I am being abused and clear about it but the people doing so are able to do so daily and no one lifts a finger or even asks me anyting about it, leaving me alone crying out in pain.
Of course I'm prepared to pay. When I created my website I would advertise on freelancer for things to do with the website, SEO, website tweaks, creating website pages, hiring web developers and suchlike, when I had only created the website because I'm being abused, all I needed was someone to hear me and stop the abuse. How could anyone let this happen to me. I can't do this alone, we need to now contact police directly one after the other across all possible countries till we can reach someone with a heart who is going to begin inquiries to stop me suffering. As I say I'm prepared to pay, I've tried hard enough with the local police on my own and got nowhere, never able to understand why, and never able to do anything about it.
The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in human rights advocacy, crisis management, or similar fields. Skills in communication, networking, and awareness-raising are crucial. This is a critical situation and timely intervention is necessary. The goal beyond this would be that any person could get help with sickening abuse, regardless of age, colour or creed, we need to clear up the prejudice I'm experiencing and get to the bottom of why I've been left to suffer in this way, to make sure a next time around such a thing couldn't happen again. I have been facing one of the worst human rights abuses in history, and despite everything I read in the paper about trials and courts and crimes, when it came to me they let me suffer, I want someone to help me get answers.
