Virtual assistant and/or Account Manager

I have a store and need someone to add traffic to the store, keep updated product to the store on a regular basis, payment structure added, google search engines added amongst other search engines. Add product, keep the site running. This is an ongoing basis until I change the job. Everything to keep the store running and profitable.
