Google search keyword help

Something is wrong with my website. I have had this website since 2008, and it always had excellent search engine ranking. However now it is invisible, and I cannot find it anywhere on Google or Yahoo when searching for the following search terms. You will notice that most of the search terms are not highly competitive search terms. Explain in detail how you can remedy this situation. If the price is right, I can agree to a monthly program. Before I award the project, I need a clear explanation as to why my website is invisible on Google and yahoo.
