Screen Printing Operator Needed
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have regular production runs coming up and I need an expert‐level screen printing machine operator to keep things moving smoothly. You’ll take full control of setup, calibration, registration, colour matching and press maintenance so every pull comes out crisp and consistent.
The bulk of the work will be hands-on at the press: preparing screens, mixing inks to spec, running test prints, then producing the final run with minimal waste. I expect you to handle small on-the-fly adjustments—squeegee angle, pressure, flash times, dryer temperature—without slowing the schedule. Preventive maintenance and end-of-shift clean-down are part of the role, too, to ensure equipment is always production-ready.
Because this is an expert position, please outline:
• Press models and dryer systems you’ve mastered
• Years of professional shop experience
• Any specialty techniques you’re confident with (discharge, water-based, four-colour process, etc.)
