Realistic 4.5ft Sculpture

I need a artwork sculpture of a roughly around 137cm Height x 104cm width x 125cm Depth

Requirements:
- The sculpture need to ship to mexico near cancun
- Can be 3D printed, CNC'ed foam then coated, paper mache
- Need to be in color and will be outdoors in hot mexican weather in the rain and sun.
- Paint needs to last a few years before needing touch up.
- I need someone who can also make the sculpture not just design it, it will need to be shipped to Mexico

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with various sculpting materials and techniques.
- Portfolio showcasing similar realistic sculptures.

Does not need to match the picture exactly but give an idea of what is required
