scrum based task management, documentation and process via Lark Suite

Hi, I have a decent theoretical understanding of scrum, but I have not run true scrum in software development before. I am looking for a hands-on consultant who can help establish:
1. scrum-based task management
2. create necessary document templates for describing stories, making technical plan, breaking individual stories down into tasks and defining "done" and making a clear guidelines for how to manage stories/tasks if 2 or more engineers need to be involved.
3. also describe how the documents are to be used during the whole development lifecycle (e.g. how to mange and document/archive a new feature, how to manage/archive change requests how to do change logs with the documents and how to label builds)
4. outline necessary process behind documenting and QA process with one dedicated tester
5. create schedule and documents to run sprints and ceremonies
6. all the tools, document templates and tasks need to be established on Lark Suite (www.larksuite.com)
I see the scope of this work as 3-6 hours long:
1 hour to describe a sample story/epic and introduce lark in all the features
1-2 hours preparing the document templates and wiki/document structure
0.5 hour review
0.5-1.5 hour update of the documents
0.5 final handover
