On-Site Scrum Project Manager
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I’m running a web-application team out of Malad West and need a seasoned Scrum Project Manager who can start right away and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the developers in our office. The job is 100 % in person; remote check-ins won’t be enough for the pace we’re aiming for.
Your focus will be end-to-end software development using pure Scrum: daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. You’ll track velocity, keep the burndown chart healthy, clear blockers in real time, and give stakeholders concise progress reports. We rely on Jira for issue tracking and reporting, so confidence with its dashboards and filters is a must.
I’m looking for someone who can jump straight into an active sprint cycle, manage at least two upcoming web-app releases, and keep the team laser-focused on potentially shippable increments. If you hold a Scrum certification that’s great; proven delivery experience matters even more.
Let me know the highlights of your recent web-application projects, the Scrum tooling you prefer, and exactly when you can be at the Malad West office so we can lock in the first sprint.
