Scrum-Agile Master for Web Development
Budget: $8 – $20 USD
I'm in need of an experienced Scrum-Agile Master to guide my distributed (mult-timezones) web development team for the launch of a new product: an Electronic Medical Records platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sprint Planning: Ensure that each sprint is well-structured and achievable, keeping in mind the end goal of a successful product launch.
- Daily Stand-ups: Facilitate these brief meetings to keep the team aligned, address any roadblocks, and maintain a steady pace towards our goal..... This will be a modified process because of the different time zones.
- Retrospectives: Help the team reflect on each sprint, learn from our experiences, and continuously improve our processes.
The ideal candidate for this role should have:
- Extensive experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- A strong background in web development projects.
- Excellent communication and team facilitation skills.
Your expertise will be pivotal in steering our project towards a successful launch. This position is part-time. Use of freelancer time tracking is required.
