Project Manager (Scrum Master)

We're looking for a smart, experienced, and awesome Project Manager (Scrum Master) to support one of our rockstar clients!
In this role, you will focus on:
Ticket organization on Scrum Master
Running standups on Scrum Master
Ticket trimming on Scrum Master
Creating and delegating tasks, necessary source requirements for task completion
Day-to-day management of a multiperson team to ensure no balls get dropped, nothing slips through the cracks, and everything gets done on time and according to expectations
Collaborating with team members to build and implement new SOPs that support predictable outcomes and allowing the team to scale smoothly
Developing documentation for internal and external processes and improvements
Reporting on the effectiveness of our systems, and identifying optimization opportunities
Staying up to date with current industry trends and making suitable recommendations based on competitor analysis
You will succeed in this role if you have/are:
At least 2 years of project management experience
Previous B2B experience
Excellent English communication skills
Great attention to detail
Quick to learn
Proactive
Knowledgeable in using Scrum
