Microsoft Azure Scrum process

We are a diversified and growing team looking to understand how best to use Microsoft Azure Boards for sprint management as well as capacity + work-load and velocity management, and how to best structure our team constellation to save time on the process itself. We expect 2-5 days consulting to get this process in place and set up together.
