Help me transition from QA tester to Scrum Master

I am a QA Engineer of 8 years. Through a career coach, it was discovered that I should transition to being a Scrum Master. I am seeking assistance in making this transition. The requirements are below. All proposals should include milestones.

-Have experience in agile, scrum, and safe methodologies.
-Have experience working in dynamic companies.
-Can teach me strategies to make teams run themselves to reduce my workload over time, allowing me more freedom to enjoy life or enjoy a side hustle
-Can show me how I can use my newfound scrum skills to make additional income.
-You have a network or some advanced job placement capabilities. A generous performance bonus can be worked out if you can hook me up with a position.
