Experienced Scrum Master for DotStark Technologies
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
Job Description:
DotStark Technologies is urgently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile practices, facilitate sprints, and ensure successful project deliveries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing software development teams, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives
Support product owner with backlog grooming and prioritization
Ensure that the team is practicing Agile principles and following Scrum framework
Identify and remove blockers to the team’s progress
Monitor and report on project KPIs and team performance
Mentor and coach team members on Agile/Scrum best practices
Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication
Maintain JIRA/Confluence dashboards and sprint artifacts
Key Requirements:
Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
Experience working with distributed or remote teams
Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I/II) preferred
Background in software development is a plus
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines
Experience in managing multiple Agile teams
Knowledge of SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks
