Scrum Master (Product Owner Experience)
• Role - Scrum Master (with Product Owner experience)

• Experience – Minimum 2 Years as Scrum Master
Requirements:
• 2+ years of delivery experience as a Scrum Master on technology projects
• 2+ Years of experience as a Product Owner for any SaaS products
• Familiarity with software development process
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Strong knowledge and experience using Azure DevOps Sprint Board, Jiira
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Scrum master / Agile certification is an additional advantage
• Exceptional attention to detail; ability to be methodical in approach.
Responsibilities:
• Developing a deep understanding of the Product stack from user, technical, operations, business, and design perspectives, and using the understanding to bring high-impact opportunities to the Product roadmap.
• Supporting team members within your product group, while working towards adding value across product functions and groups and contributing to longer-term product roadmaps.
• Apply Agile methodology and principles to enable delivery of our technology products
• Participate in projects and tech product development from ideation to completion
• Provide a single point, end-to-end accountability for the project oversight and reporting back to the project management team
• Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives
• Coach the team on the application of agile methodology including how to provide effective estimates and sprint commitments, how to adjust for external dependencies, how to eliminate blocking issues, etc.
• Maintain delivery metrics and report on product level plans, progress, and quality assurance using project management tools and Artifacts such as sprint burndown/velocity charts, product backlogs, and sprint backlogs.
