Scrum Master Needed
Budget: $2 – $10 USD
I'm looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate our Scrum ceremonies for a development team. Your primary responsibility will be to guide and oversee key meetings.
Initially I just need some help getting my Jira board setup, but I may consider hiring you part time to help with:
- Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Refinement sessions
- Ensure that Scrum practices are followed
- Maintain a productive and positive team atmosphere
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of Agile practices
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
