The game is already Created but needs a huge upgrade the needed requirements are stated below!

Required Features
· Adding Houses
· Upgrading the looks and interior of all houses.(NO-FREE MODELS)
· Making of 12 vehicles. Which Includes Easy Control as in the sense no changing gears to drive features.
The 12 vehicles will be divided into two sets:- 6 for free 6 for the VIP Gamepass
The free 6 cars includes:- Sedan,Buggy,Suv,Pickup,Hoverboard,Convertible(Small)
The VIP 6 cars includes:-Limo, Monster Truck,Supercar,Supercar Convertible,Volt Bike
· The features in cars includes changing color,locking the car,and also specific cars should have the user’s username on the numberplate of the car,
As premium upgrades of car there should be increase in speed and also adding effects to the car such as smoke, fire and sparkles.
· House features includes:-adding a nametag on front of the house that can be edited by the player, changing colour of house, locking or unlocking the house, garage opening door(only for the houses which has the space for a garage), and a vip pass feature of a swimming pool spawn area if the payer has the pass.The player should be able to control house features from any location.Also include teleportation to the house from any location.
· GUI MENU:-includes 7 buttons:-
o 1st Button:-Avatar:-enables the user to resize the character size or else change to roblox avatar
o 2nd Button:-Appearance which includes a bar to wear shirts or pants and also includes a try on or buy the specific cloth,all clothing is made by the company Sea Pony Studios Itself.Then there should be another button called accessory then that is also a try on kind of feature to try on different accessories.It should be like in brookhaven or livetopia.There should be a minimum of 20 accessories and a maximum of 40.
o 3rd button is inventory the inventory needs products like fre extinguisher and stuff like in brookhaven as u might have seen
o 4th button si vehicle spawn of the free roblox vehicles
Also needed to include a remote gui menu to control house actions remotely.
Developers*the above stated features are just shallow details on what we need!
We are hiring a Developer who is willing to work with us continously for 3 to 4 months
All cars except the supercar and light utility cars should be free the supercars and the light utility suvs should be for the premium gamepass.
The developers will be paid on their performance. Payments made in Robux.
