building a ship station game

its kinda like the mission from Black Ops 1, the Ruslka, you will be finishing the ship that we have already started and it will also have a submarine part but we can do that later on, i just need at least 2 builders and 1, maybe 2 scripters to help work on this. We already have the game idea done and all the features, now we just need to finish the project we started.
