Troubleshoot Discord Channel Chatbot with Responses in our Discord server

I'm looking for troubleshooting on a Discord chatbot that operates on my user account and can automatically respond to messages in specific channels. The chatbot selfbot connects successfully but does not activate or respond to any commands as it should.
Key Requirements:
