Summary

This is a scripting and automation job that we understand can be handled quite simply from the YT videos provided. This is not for manual labor, and the YT videos show that this can be completed for the records listed below, and final deliverables in roughly 2 weeks or less for Phases I-III with 100% accuracy mandated for this task.

Extract Data from Yahoo Folders & Convert Email to PDF. You are to save all emails to a PDF from each folder as shown in the walk through video provided.

Once all of the emails have been saved to PDF for the 6 years, and exported. The next step will to make a matching EXCEL spreadsheet with the related data. A template will be provided for you as an example from past years.

PHASE III:

You will need to review and scrub data to make certain there are no duplicates in there. While I do not expect there to be many, it is possible there could be some here and there from simple oversight.

PHASE IV:

This data will then be imported into QB with matching PDF.

For those who have experience with things as detailed in the YT videos, they can make quick work of this project with minimal hours, time and turnaround depending on the phase of the project. Both accuracy, and deliverables turnaround is of the essence. For the right freelancer who can automate this process, you should have this completed 100% in a couple of weeks at most.

The ideal candidate is one who can do it as shown, versus churning manual hours, and taking 6 months. We are not looking for the ladder. Additionally, only those well reviewed, rated and with $10k of UW revenues will be considered.
