Optimized PowerShell Script for SharePoint Online

I'm seeking an experienced PowerShell developer to help manage our SharePoint Online assets efficiently. We have around 5000 SharePoint assets and each site contains approximately 500 GB of data.
Key tasks include:
- Removing around 11,000 users from sites where they are currently present.
- Checking for any broken or direct permissions on these SPO assets.
Requirements:
- An optimized PowerShell script that minimizes execution time for each site.
- Should work exclusively with SharePoint Online
- Detailed logging and a summary report post-execution.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
