Ongoing Scripting Expert Needed

About the Mission
I’m looking for a freelance developer or small team to collaborate with me on a weekly basis to develop, maintain, and optimize scripts for my company.
This is not a one-time job, I’m looking for a long-term, reliable collaborator who can assist with automation tasks, integrations, and ongoing improvements inside the company ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
1) Create and improve scripts used by our client
2) Debug and maintain existing scripts when issues occur
3) Optimize performance and reliability of script workflows
4) Collaborate weekly to prioritize tasks and plan updates
5) Document your work and provide clean, reusable code
6) Occasionally suggest improvements or new automation ideas
Skills We’re Looking For
1) Strong scripting and automation experience (Python, PHP, or next.js)
2) Solid debugging and problem-solving abilities
3) Clean, well-documented coding practices
4) Good communication and responsiveness
5) Ability to work independently while providing regular updates
Nice to Have
1) Familiarity with CRM or SaaS platforms
2) Knowledge of APIs, MySQL, and integrations
3) Experience with Git / version control
4) French reading comprehension (since some documents and code comments may be bilingual)
About the Collaboration
Type: Freelance / ongoing weekly contract
Hours: 5–25 hours per week (flexible)
Location: Remote
Rate: Open to discussion based on experience
Communication: Weekly check-ins via chat
Tools: Git repository, task board (Trello / ClickUp), shared code environment
