Obsidian Expert for Medical School Notes Organization

I am new to using Obsidian for organising my medical school notes and I am looking for a seasoned and knowledgable expert who is efficient and knows their way around the program proficiently and able to provide bespoke solutions. Currently I have basic understanding of obsidian but need someone to take a look at my vault, and help me with finding solutions to some of the problems I am facing. I want to be able to create a master medical school dashboard that connects specific specialty rotations and displays progress bars, to do list, follow up tasks under each, writing a script? to be able to highlight text and create anki cards ( I have ankisync already setup). I also want to set up a spaced repitition schedule to help drive my study habits and have this focus on specific exam types and time frames for when they due. I also need help with filing solutions. I currently follow the university specific layout, but this doesn't necessarily suit my way of thinking and want to be able to conceptualise concepts in another way (open to suggestions such as canvas or excalidraw plug ins for mind maps). When I am getting close to cramming mode, I would like to be able to prepare for a specific exam by clicking on a button within the dashboard that has all the important concepts ready to go. I also want to reduce redundancy in my notes by finding a way to find duplications in data and it suggests improvements. Please only respond if you are aware of obsidian and its features.
