Memcached Session Data Specialist Needed

Job ID: 40373415

Budget: €12 – €18 EUR

I’m looking for a quick-acting helper to set up, load, and keep tidy a Memcached cluster that will hold live user-session data for one of my web applications. The instances are already provisioned; what I need is the expertise to populate them efficiently and keep them healthy under constant read/write traffic.

Your focus areas
• Script the initial population, including key naming conventions, TTL rules, and eviction strategy settings so the cache performs predictably.
• Build lightweight maintenance jobs that purge stale or orphaned keys without interrupting active sessions.
• Add basic monitoring hooks (Prometheus, Datadog, or a tool you prefer) so I can track hit/miss rates, memory usage, and slab fragmentation in real time.
• Deliver concise documentation and a short hand-off call so my team can repeat the process for future environments.

Acceptance criteria
– Initial dataset loaded and visible with correct TTLs.
– Automated cleanup runs on a schedule we agree on.
– Dashboards display key Memcached metrics for at least 24 hours without critical alerts.
– Clear, step-by-step README covering configuration, scripts, and rollback.

If you are comfortable wrangling Memcached and can turn this around fast, let’s talk.
