Interactive Map for Proposal PDFs

Project Goal
Create a premium, reliable interactive experience where a PDF proposal visually shows nearby completed projects and links to a live interactive map. When users click through, they can view photos and short descriptions for each project pin.

The PDF must act as a visual gateway, not host the interaction itself.

Scope of Work

1. Interactive Map Setup (Live Experience)

Create a live, browser-based interactive map (Google My Maps, Mapbox, or equivalent agreed platform).

Add 15–30 project pins (sample set for proof of concept).

Each pin must open a pop-up containing:

At least 1 project image (supplied by client)

Project title

Short text description (scope, suburb, year, outcome)

Map must be publicly accessible with no login required.

Map must load correctly on desktop and mobile.

Deliverable:

Live interactive map URL

Editable source access so client can add future projects

Acceptance Criteria:

Clicking a pin opens image + text every time

Images load within 3 seconds on standard connections

Map opens correctly on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS

Client can independently add/edit pins after handover
