Illustrator script

I'm looking for an experienced programmer to develop a script for Adobe Illustrator. The main purpose of this script is add cutpaths on a separate layer and trigger a command within illustrator. As I have no preference in programming languages, I expect the programmer would decide the most suitable language for this project. Furthermore, I expect the script to have moderate complexity -- able to solve certain challenges while being fast and efficient.
