Educational videos demonstrating skilled meat cutting

WeTrain Washington is a workforce development non-profit organization affiliated with UFCW Local 3000. We train Meatcutters through pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programs and want to produce some short videos in which professional Meatcutters reduce large pieces of wholesale meat (primals) to retail cuts for sale in grocery stores. These videos should demonstrate knife work and help students identify retail cuts of meat as they are cut from the larger primals.
