Automated Inactivity Closure for Sage 200C

Create a program to automatically close Sage 200C in windows clients.
I have a customer who use sage 200C ERP. They have 3 licences but they are 5 user team. If somebody left the computer open, and go out, nobody else can enter the software. Sage has told us that there is no option to "auto-close" user license in inactivity. I think that we can use a windows script in order to "force" the sage to close after some minutes. I dont know if we can detect inactivity as they have another software, ZWCAD, that do this same function in the same computers. But it has the option available in the server license app. If this is not possible, i have think that we can show and windows alert after 30 mins of open sage showing that it will be closed after 1 minute. with a button to cancel if the user is using it. Repeat this message every 30 minutes if the sage sofware keeps open. Stop it after close the sage software. And restart once reopened. You are free to show any other option. What we need is to exit users who are not using the software for a while.
