YouTube Automation Channel Team Build
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
This project launches a fully automated entertainment channel built around short, dramatic storylines released on YouTube. To keep production flowing week after week, I’m assembling a remote team that can own every stage of the pipeline—from concept to upload—while I steer the creative vision and strategy.
Scope of work
• Script development: craft gripping, dramatic scripts (6-8 minutes each) that hook viewers early and sustain tension through a cliff-hanger ending.
• Visual identity & assets: design channel art that instantly signals our entertainment niche, create scroll-stopping thumbnails for every video, and produce branded animated intros/outros that book-end each episode.
• Animation & post-production: turn approved scripts into short animated episodes, matching voice-over, sound effects, and background music to the mood. Smooth, consistent character motion and clear visual storytelling are critical.
• SEO & publishing: research high-impact keywords, optimise titles, tags, and descriptions with tools such as TubeBuddy or VidIQ, schedule uploads, and track analytics to refine performance.
Workflow & deliverables
1. Weekly: one polished script, storyboard, thumbnail concept, and SEO-optimised metadata.
2. Bi-weekly: a completed animated episode (1080p minimum) with intro/outro inserted, plus final thumbnail and end-screen elements.
3. Monthly: channel analytics summary and optimisation recommendations.
Collaboration happens in Google Drive, Trello, or a similar project hub. Source files (PSD, AI, AEP, project files, etc.) remain part of the hand-off so future tweaks are seamless.
