has questionable work ethic, and delivers poor
quality of work with many mistakes. Multiple
clients and also team members have complained
to the manager.
2) Person B will play the role of a manager.
3) The manager should tell the employee what is
happening – their work is sloppy and it is causing
problems because clients have begun
complaining.
4)The manager should give clear feedback to the
employee, and mention ways to improve.
5)The employee should accept feedback gracefully,
and acknowledge that they will ensure that they
improve.
