Seeking Writer: Documentary- Global Environmental and Climate Change Interview

Job ID: 33789419

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

The Project is “Interviews of the Climate Change, Environmental Protection, and the Application of New Energy and Environmental Protection Products in Countries Whose GDPs rank below top 20 in the World.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Project” or “CEI”)

The world has never needed mutual understanding and comprehensive cooperation as urgently as it does today – climate, environmental, and energy issues have linked all countries on the earth together.

The United States has taken a leading role in global climate policies, environmental protection, and new energy applications, but the efforts of wealthy, developed G20 countries are not sufficient. It is important to promote meteorological challenges, environmental protection concepts, and new energy technologies and products within medium to smaller-sized economies as well. These economies may have effective, innovative countermeasures to cope with climate and environmental changes which can be shared with the rest of the world. Conversely, they may experience insurmountable difficulties that require international help.

We are organizing an all-star volunteer team to go to medium to small-sized countries in order to:
       - understand their experiences in dealing with climate challenges and environmental protection,
       - discover local challenges,
       - introduce advanced meteorological policies and environmental protection measures of the United States and other advanced countries.

Our full film production team will produce video and audio segments capturing what we learn from on-site.

We will work with experts in climate change and environmental protection and manufacturers of new energy products to analyze the results of our survey and propose corresponding countermeasures, recommending products that are highly targeted to help those countries and regions.

The Project is scheduled to kick off on July 1, 2022, starting from Central Asia, and then to other parts of Asia, South Pacific, Europe, Africa, and South America. The term will be three years and will end on March 1, 2025.

The budget for this survey is $1 million.

More detailed information will be shared with the selected writer.
