Scriptwriter for Cold Plasma Advertisement

Hello, I'm looking for a good scriptwriter for our company to explain on cold plasma technology to produce in a 2D animation video. The target audience would be 35 and above which are married with kids. The style I'm looking into is toward explanation towards the technology and the benefits of it but not so into infographic but towards easy to understand.

If you are the one I'm looking for, it would be great if you can share some portfolio related so that I can review them.
