I have a documentary film i have been working on for roughly a decade about my time in Ghana. In 2012 while i was there I worked for a community TV station. The president died while still in power, so I stayed for a few months to document it all. This News story did not make headlines internationally so the documentary follows my documentation and explores the topic of the negative depiction of Africa in Western media.
