Gript.app Intro & Tutorial Videos
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Video Creator - Product Tutorials and Intro Videos for SaaS Work Management App
We are a startup and the team behind Gript (gript.app), a work management platform that was built for the 95% who don't want a training course just to manage their tasks.
We launched a few weeks ago and we are looking for a talented video creator to help us produce clear, engaging videos that show people what Gript can do and how to use it.
Before you apply, we encourage you to visit gript.app and explore the platform yourself.
What We Need
We are looking for a video creator to produce a set of short-form product videos:
1x Introduction video: What is Gript? Who is it for? Why use it? (2-3 min)
Tutorial / how-to series: Step-by-step walkthroughs of core features (1-3 min each)
This starts as a small trial project (1 intro video and 2 tutorial videos). If the fit is right, we are looking for someone to work with us on an ongoing basis as we build out a full video library.
What We Are Looking For
We want someone who takes ownership, not just someone who follows a brief. Specifically:
You will get access to the product and explore it yourself
You will come up with video ideas, topics, and angles
You will write or co-write scripts
You will handle production: screen recording, editing, voiceover
You will give us recommendations on format, length, and style
Hands-on experience with work management tools such as Monday.com, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or Trello — knowing the competition means you understand what makes Gript different and can create videos that show it
Proven experience creating SaaS or software videos (portfolio required)
On-screen callouts, highlights, or zoom-ins to draw attention to key UI elements (screen recordings are the primary format, no animated substitutes)
Subtitles/captions included
Deliverables
Final videos in MP4 4K (1080p minimum)
Source/project files for future edits
To Apply
2-3 samples of SaaS or software videos you have created
Your rate per video or per minute of finished content
How you typically approach a new product, from first look to finished video
Screening Questions
Share a link to a software or SaaS tutorial video you are proud of. What was your role in making it?
If we gave you access to Gript with no brief, what would your first step be before starting a single video?
Have you ever written a script for a product video from scratch? Walk us through your process.
What is your rate per finished minute of edited video?
